Static Stretching Routine For Runners

Here’s a video Conor has put together with simple static stretches to help you with your flexibility, mobility and range of movement. After every run he suggests spending five to ten minutes making sure to stretch properly which will help you with a faster recovery and help you become an all round better runner.
