Ciara Mageean records 4:30.99 at Wanamaker Mile in America!

Wanamaker Mile @ Millrose Games 2018:

Northern Ireland’s Ciara Mageean (UCD AC) recorded an impressive 4:30.99 for 3rd place at the Wanamaker Mile in New York last night (Saturday 3rd February 2018).

This was just over 2 seconds outside Ciara’s current NI record of 4:28.40 (2016).  The race was won by USA athlete Colleen Quigley in 4:30.05 (1st place).
