Does your knee collapse inward when running? Let’s go about fixing it!

 One of the main issues with runners is what’s known as a valgus collapse of the knee or an inward roll of the knee. This issue can lead to injuries from knee pain to back pain and inevitably put you out of running for some time if not forever.
