Chris Hutchinson of VICTORIA PARK AND CONNSWATER AC, East Belfast, this weekend competed in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2019 in an impressive time of 2:33:09, finishing in 78th position, and also registering as the first Northern Irish athlete across the finish line.

Chris was previously an experienced cyclist and is relatively new to athletics. Over the last year he has significantly improved his marathon time, from 2:52 down to 2:33, and is an upcoming prospect for Northern Irish Athletics.
