Fionnuala Ross clocks PB en-route to victory in Leeds:

Northern Ireland and Ireland international Fionnuala Ross (Armagh AC / Dermot Kerr) recorded a new personal best of 33:30 (1st place) as she claimed top honours at the prestigious Leeds Abbey Dash (Sunday 4^th November 2018).

In the men’s race, Kevin Seaward (St Malachy’s AC / Andrew Hobdell) secured 9^th place in 30:05, while fellow Olympian Paul Pollock (Annadale Striders / Andrew Hobdell) ran 31:15 for 43^rd place.  Foyle Valley AC’s Scott Rankin followed closely in 31:35 (51^st place).
