A great evening was had by all with a total attendance of 28 from 9 different running clubs at the Valley Leisure Centre as well as a 5k run.

Participants where treated to a fantastic presentation and q&a. Interesting , fun and well worth attending …a great experience!!. Big thank you for everyone for the great support I simply couldn’t of done it without you!
