How to cool down with static stretching after your run. Cooling down is just as important as warming up and can help you as a runner not just to recover right and settle your working muscles, but can also help prepare you for your next run or workout in the safest possible way.

Here I go through the different types of STANDING static stretches that I incorporate each and every time with my cooldown. Whether its accompanied with a slow jog or after the jog, I always aim to give my muscles at least five minutes of relaxation time through different stretches.
