We had a few members still flying the flag for KEL at the weekend and keeping the winter miles ticking over nicely ahead of Christmas and of course the KEL Christmas night out!

Well done to our Parkrunners on Saturday morning and to John Canavan who managed an early start at the Back to Basics 5k in Victoria Park Belfast.

Thanks to Girvan’s for a lovely meal and great nights craic on Saturday night, a few sore heads on Sunday I’m sure! Also a big thank you to Ryan & Orla for organising.
