Another fantastic week of running for Keep ‘Er Lit starting on Wednesday morning when Kenny Holdsworth took on his 14th marathon this year (wow)! At the Clive Nesbitt Bday marathon Armagh, super running Kenny!

As always KEL were out to support our local Parkruns on a beautiful Saturday morning. well done to all the Parkrunners this weekend!

Next up KEL took a trip up to Ormeau Park for the Seeley Cup which is always a massive date in any runners diary.
All the runners at the Seeley didnt disappoint with super times and pbs all round!
