Atlas Running – Belfast 2 Dublin (107 mile) Ultra 2018:

Peter Cromie, Alastair Higgins and Louise Smart excelled as 31 athletes completed Atlas Running’s Belfast to Dublin Ultra Marathon this weekend (Friday 30th March 2018).

There was no splitting Peter and Alastair as the pair completed the 107 mile jaunt side by side in 16:16:00 (1st place), which meant they were crowned joint Champions.  Distance enthusiast Mark Walker was the third man to complete the course in 17:50:00 (3rd place).

Former National 24 hour Champion Louise Smart was a class act in the ladies event, winning my just under three hours in 20:42:00 (1st place).  Annabel Hepworth followed in 23:35:00 (2nd place), while Anna-Marie McCleary completed the top three in 25:20:00 (3rd place).
