2019 Titanic 10K start, Athletics NI
Athletics Northern Ireland are holding a Race Directors’ Course in Belfast on 31st August 2019.
The Race Directors’ course is a must for anyone looking to improve the quality of any event they deliver and support. This is particularly useful for partners and junior team members wanting to take on more responsibility and organise their own events in the future.Whether you are taking on the organisational lead for an existing road /multi terrain (MT) race or starting a brand new event; from championship status events to local fundraisers, there are some key areas of best practice which you should follow in seeking to deliver the best possible event for everyone involved in the race or affected by it which will be discussed throughout the day.
The course begins at 9:30am and aims to finish by 4pm and will be held at the Mary Peters Track.
Bookings will be taken on a first come/first served basis and are limited to 30 attendees.
Delegates should be associated with a runbritain or UKA licensed race.
