How many times have you been doing so much resistance work that you feel you’ve ignored your cardio or so much cardio that you’ve felt you’ve ignored strength training? My answer to this…..combine both together.
Here I run through a basic mile of running but with squats mixed in along the way. Not only will it work your strength, cardio and mind but it’ll also make those boring sessions not so boring anymore.
This is just an example to break you in but there are endless ways you can mix it up and do things like this. Jist of the story, don’t be a boring runner doing loads of ‘lazy miles’. Instead, be a smart runner who wants to better themselves all round.
