The pandemic has us all over the place and due to some of the restrictions some of us are now limited to going to the gym to cross train from running. But quite frankly, to me, that’s only an excuse.
In this video I show and take you through 3 tabata routines aimed at working the legs (1st tabata), upper body and core (2nd tabata) plus your cardiovascular system (3rd tabata).
Its a long video so please feel free to skip to your chosen workout but my advice would be to hit all 3 of them at least 2-3 times weekly alongside your sport.
