Broughshane 5/10k
Tuesday evening had relentless rainfall but this did not deter our hardy members from completing the Broughshane 5 and 10k. It was the fourth year of this event which raises funds for the North West Mountain Rescue Team that offers a voluntary search and rescue service throughout Northern Ireland and beyond. There was terrific running from everyone in TRC.

Ardglass 10k
The Atlas Running Ardglass 10k took place on Thursday evening and this event was organised to celebrate 50 years of the Ardglass Festival. The route consisted of coastal and rural roads starting and finishing at St. Nicholas Primary School, Ardglass. Sabrena McLaughlin recorded her first personal best of the week with a result of 1 hour and 13 minutes and Andy Campbell had a brilliant result of 1 hour and 7 minutes. Well done to Andy and Sabrena.
Rock ‘N’ Roll, Dublin
The Rock ‘N’ Roll Dublin weekend includes 5k, 10k and Half Marathon races. All the courses are lined with live bands and entertainment. Well done to Sinead McGrogan and Sabrena McLaughlin who achieved new personal bests in the 10k. This was Sabrena’s second personal best of the week. Raymond Keenan ran superbly in his first Half Marathon and everyone from TRC displayed fantastic running.

Monaghan 5/10 Mile
A group of TRC members travelled to Monaghan on Sunday for the annual 5 and 10 mile race. Brilliant running took place from everyone and for some, it was their first 10 mile event. Kudos to all the TRC members who took part in this great event.

Red Dress Run Lurgan
The Red Dress 5k/10k Run took place on Sunday in Lurgan and is organised to raise funds for the NI Chest, Heart and Stroke Charity. It was fantastic to see Tracy Shanahan and Nicola Clements attending the event to support such a worthy cause.
MUSA Parkrun
Tommy Hughes was on top form at MUSA parkrun in Cookstown where he finished in 2nd place, just behind his son Eoin, with an incredible result of 16:22. Well done Tommy.
City Park Parkrun, Craigavon
Claire Hassan completed City Park Parkrun in Craigavon in 26:32. This particular parkrun was celebrating its 7th birthday,
Antrim Parkrun
Three TRC members took part in Antrim Parkrun where the conditions were very wet. Well done to everyone. Fergal Hughes finished in 21:46, Anne McGarvey had a result of 32:40 and Anne Breen completed it in 33:37.
