Kerry finished in a super time of 25:33 at her first time at Ecos. Kerry then went on to run the 10k in Dungiven! Well done Kerry!<\/p>\n<p>A word of thanks to everyone who gives up their time to volunteer at the various Parkruns across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St Patrick\u2019s Dungiven 5k\/10K<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There was a fantastic turnout later in the day from TRC runners to support the St. Patrick\u2019s College Dungiven 5k and 10k. This was the 7th year for this popular event which this year chose to support Friends of Cancer as their charity. The weather was chilly but dry, so conditions were perfect to take on these undulating but pleasant courses. Michelle Comer was our first lady in the 5K and secured an impressive 4<sup>th<\/sup> female position. This is Andy\u2019s first run after a recent illness and he put in a fantastic run, finishing in a brilliant time of 28:52! Well done Andy &#8211; great to see you out racking up those winter league points again\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Northern Velocity Dog Leap Half Marathon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Huge congratulations to our six members who all completed the extremely challenging Northern Velocity Dog Leap Trail Half Marathon today with 3 laps around Roe Valley Country Park. This was a multi terrain course with lots of hills, steps, twists &amp; turns, bridges (over and under!) to negotiate but the weather was favourable and everyone put in a sterling effort. Our first male home was Trevor Smyth and first female his wife Paula Smyth!
