Blackrock 4 mile Road Race 2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n Northern Ireland 10,000m and 5,000m record holder Emma Mitchell (QUB AC) secured victory at this weekend’s Blackrock 4 mile road race (Saturday 22nd September 2018).<\/p>\n Emma, who recently clocked 1:14:38 on her half marathon debut, broke the tape in 21:12 for 1st place; this was a new ladies course record.<\/p>\n QUB AC club mate and training partner Sinead Sweeney followed in 22:49 for 2nd place.<\/p>\n
