Team Race – enter 8, run 6, score 4

MASTERS MEN- Men 35 or over on day of competition

Distance – 8k                         Start time – 12.45pm

Team Race – enter 8, run 6, score 4

*Men 65 and over will run with the Master’s Women

MASTERS WOMEN– Women 35 or over on day of competition 

Distance – 4k             Start time – 1.25pm

Team Race – enter 8, run 6, score 4
